EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - REGIONAL PANEL - CODE OF CONDUCT REVIEWERS
RAMROC represents the interests of eighteen Member Councils in the Murray and Western Riverina region of New South Wales. Under the Local Government Act 1993, every Council must appoint an Independent Panel of at least three appropriately qualified persons of high standing in the community as Conduct Reviewers, whose role will be to investigate and report on referred complaints alleging breaches of the Council’s Code of Conduct.
RAMROC invites Expressions of Interest from experienced and capable independent persons, for appointment to a Regional Panel of Conduct Reviewers. The intention is that each Member Council will then appoint its individual Panel of Conduct Reviewers, sourced from the register of persons appointed to the Regional Panel.
Persons seeking appointment to the Regional Panel are invited to lodge an Expression of Interest, detailing their qualifications and experience and nominating a Schedule of Service Fees. All applications must be submitted on the formal EOI documentation, a copy of which can be obtained from the RAMROC Executive Officer Ray Stubbs, by telephoning (02) 6023 8791 or 0408 498 534, or by email to rstubbs@alburycity.nsw.gov.au.
